Melly is still not crawling but she is working on her newfound skill of diving from a crawling position onto her belly so that she can get to things outside of her reach. She rolls around a lot and tried rolling off of our bed a couple of times today. She has also decided that walking is the funnest activity to possibly participate in. We walked around for a good 15 minutes at a time today with her laughing with excitement in her newfound capabilities. Today she also started cruising from her exersaucer to the chair near it. Unfortunately she fell and bonked her head on her bathtub before she started actually cruising. However, she got right back up and after a little cry of frustration, demanded to go back to the exersaucer and try standing again. When she arrived at the chair she held on to the back of it and kept hitting her head against the wood and looking confused as to why she was getting hit. Is this normal?
Also, Melly has decided that she doesn't like meat or vegetables. She loves mangoes, stealing Captain Crunch Berries from the toddler I babysit on occasion, graduates puffs of all flavors, and 100% whole grain wheat bread but that is about it.
